FAQ
Before you start
Is our data used to train AI?
No. Your files and questions are only used to answer you. We don’t train on them, and neither does the model provider (Google Cloud).
What if the answer isn’t in our files?
The assistant says clearly that it couldn’t find it instead of guessing, and the question appears for your admin under “Unanswered questions” so the missing information can be added.
Which file types are supported?
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text, HTML and CSV, plus scanned documents in Arabic and English — up to 30 MB per file.
Where is our data stored?
On Google Cloud in the Netherlands (EU). On the Enterprise plan the whole system can run on your own servers.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Upload a file, create an assistant, ask your first question. The in-app guide shows every step.
Can it carry our company’s name?
Yes. On Business and Enterprise your people see the product under your name, logo and colours.
